一、Sustainable Development Committee

The Board of Directors has a Sustainability Committee, which is composed of the Chairman, Independent Directors and General Manager, and supervises five working groups, namely the Environmental Sustainability Group, the Product Sustainability Group, the Supply Chain Sustainability Group, the Corporate Social Responsibility Group and the Corporate Governance Group, to formulate ESG strategies, risk management, targets and specific action plans.
